1. We use bank transfer as first payment option. When making your payment directly into our bank account; Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

2. Swish: Contact us by email direct or make your order and choose Swish as a payment option. We will then contact you by email with info about how to pay by phone number etc.

3. Credit Cards and Debit Cards: We handle all card payments via PayPal Secure Payments. The process is really fast, and you don´t even need to have a PayPal account. When using Paypal as payment method, an extra fee (50 SEK/KR) for tracking number will be added.

4. Cash: We accept payment with cash too, like SEK/EUR/US$. Email us for more info.

Normal shipping is WITHOUT tracking-number = We are NOT responsible if the order is lost/missing/broken/stolen! Orders on website can be sent as “Registered mail including tracking number”. Choose this option when ordering. Tracking number for localizing shipping mail at different points of time during sorting, warehousing, and package delivery to verify their provenance and to predict and aid delivery. We normally ship orders within 5 workdays. We ship from both Sweden (SWE-store) and sometimes direct from warehouse in Poland (8merch) and some merch dropships from China. From China shipping can take +2-8 weeks.

Returns policy
We accept returns within reason, but generally we do not accept returns on the grounds of regretted purchases. We do not accept returns of used items with broken seals. If you have recieved damaged goods (such as jewel cases), we are happy to replace it for you. But then you have to pay postage for the shipping, ask!

Any personal data which you may provide us through this website is subject to our Privacy Policy. We will only use any personal data collected during your use of the website in accordance with current Swedish data protection legislation. All customers of Downfall Records are protected by the Swedish Personal Data Act (Personuppgiftslagen; 1998:204). The intention of the law is to protect the personal integrity when personal data is being handled. We only use and store the personal data needed in order to give you good customer service, in order to fulfill our part of the agreement and send relevant customer offers.
